NEW product to try :)

Okay i know i only just posted a post yesterday,if that makes sense?! lol
But my lovely, lovely mother come back from food shopping yesterday and bough me some goodies home.
First of all she introduced me to "Tesco Tradtional herbal remedy skin tablets"
It says that they can be taken for spots, skin blemishes and dry eczema!
- they contain Burdock root & Wild pansy which are known to treat skin problems
When you first pierce the lid this rather unpleasant smell hits you right in the face, cant really explain what it smells like lol
Each pale peach coloured, film coated tablet contains the active ingredients: Extract of burdock root and extract of wild pansy.

It does say to take 3, two times daily, but as they are new to me im taking 3 a day - 1 after breakfast, lunch & dinner, cant really review this product for you yet and i only recieved them yesterday, soo say in a week's time i will do another post and tell you how they went!

The NO dairy Diet

Hey Guys :)
I have done a lot of research on the internet and a lot of stuff i read was saying most common dairy products can bring on a eczema flare-up or even make it worse! So from that day i prepared myself to go a whole week without any dairy products in my diet, it was quite hard resisting the chocolate i must say :)

To all you eczema sufferers i DO reccomend trying this out for yourselves,it might not work for everyone and take it's time, so be patient when trying this out.

Calling all eczema sufferers!

This is my first ever blog in my whole life, so here goes wish me luck Guys! =)

I decided to start up a blog on eczema, how it works, why it affects more than 30% of the population and my diary on my own personal eczema.

I have suffered from Atopic eczema for the past two years now, and to be truthful i am very sick and tired of the sight of it and how it makes me feel, i was born with it, but at the age of 4-5years i grew out of it. But now at the age of 19, i shouldn't be feeling like this and covering up every inch of eczema covered skin! :( believe me i have tried everything and anything and most days i feel like giving up on this horrible disease, but i think i cant be the only one out there suffering. So calling all eczema sufferers out there any tips or suggestions you could kindly share with me?, i would be so grateful if you did, meanwhile i'm going to post a diary on how my eczema is and what i am doing to prevent flare-ups, especially in this heat we got going on at the moment in the UK.

on that note, i would LOVE, LOVE to hear from you =)
